Acceptance is the first step toward change. Accepting that you have a problem can turn your problem into action. Suffering comes when you refuse to accept what you have or who you are. Acceptance allows you to embrace the things you can not change and change the things you can. Your weight is not your problem, it is what drives you to gain the weight that is. Understand and explore the parts of you that you numb with food. Acceptance is the only way to a life of freedom and healthy living.
