Memorial Day Weekend kicks off summer fun. BBQ’s, flowing margaritas, chips and dip for the next 3 months. This is an easy time of year to lose awareness of your calorie intake and put a few lbs on. Tip: Save the alcohol for dessert. Drinking tends to decrease our inhibitions and alter our judgement. You have a better chance of not over eating if you save the “beverage” for last!
